1-2층, 옥상층까지 건물 전체를 카페로 리모델링하게 되었다.
1층에는 베이커리 공간과 카운터를 만들고 최소한의 고객 자리를 마련하였고, 기존에 1층 내부에서 2층으로 통하는 계단이 없었는데
음료를 주문하고 2층으로 바로 올라갈 수 있도록 카운터 옆 쪽으로 내부 계단을 만들어 1층 내부에서 바로 계단을 이용할 수 있도록 디자인하였다.
2층은 외부 전경을 바라보며 카페를 이용할 수 있도록 창을 최대한 살리고 좌석 배치 또한 창을 바라보도록 하였다.
옥상층은 사방이 다 오픈되어 있어 그 점을 살려 공간 가운데 붙받이 의자를 설치해 어디서 앉아도 전경을 바라볼 수 있도록 좌석 배치를 하였다.
라이트 하우스는 건물 외부의 곡선을 공간 내부 곳곳에 접목시켜 곡선의 형태를 디자인 요소로 사용하였고, 색감의 사용을 최소화하여 붉은 베이지 톤을 메인으로 사용하고,
전체 가구에는 블랙 우드톤으로 같이 매치하였다.

Light House located on the coast of Tongyeong

The entire building was remodeled into a cafe.
Bakery space and counter were created on the first floor and minimum customer space was provided.
Previously, there were no stairs leading from the first floor to the second floor, but after ordering drinks, the stairs were built so that they could go directly up to the second floor.
On the second floor, the window was saved as much as possible so that the cafe could be used while looking at the outside view, and the seating arrangement was also to look at the window.
The rooftop is open on all sides, so taking advantage of that, a support chair was installed in the middle of the space so that you can see the foreground wherever you sit.
The light house incorporates curves from the outside of the building throughout the interior of the space and uses the shape of the curve as a design element,
To minimize the use of color, red beige tone was used as the main color, and black wood tone was matched to furniture.
